MANCHESTER, N.H.- Attorney General John Formella says his office has reached a final court order against Christopher Hood, the leader of the Nationalist Social Club, or NSC-131 for a civil rights violation outside a cafe in 2023.

On Thursday Formella announced the terms in which Hood admitted to breaking state law when he and members of the Neo-Nazi group gathered outside the Teatotaller Café in Concord on June 18,2023, during a drag queen story hour who proceeded to bang on windows, shout slurs and make racist salutes.

Under the agreement Hood who lives in Massachusetts, faces a $10,000 fine, the most allowed by law; and the state has agreed to drop $7,500 of the fine if Hood follows the order.

According to Formella’s office Hood must also complete 250 hours of community service under a state-approved group.

The order also bars Hood and the others from discriminating again or from coming within 250 feet of the former Teatotaller location or contacting its owner or staff.
