Belknap County grand jury indicts Laconia man in Mother’s death

LACONIA NH

33 year old Christopher Garon of Laconia has been indicted by a Belknap County grand jury in connection with the April 14 death of his mother, Linda Dionne.

Garon is facing two alternative counts of second-degree murder related to his Mother’s death: Second-Degree Murder (Knowingly): Alleges that Garon knowingly caused her death by strangulation.

Second-Degree Murder (Recklessly): Alleges, in the alternative, that Garon recklessly caused her death under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by strangling her.

Garon remains held without bail he’s scheduled for arraignment Sept 9^th.
