On July 12, 2021 at approximately 11:00 AM, Manchester Police respond to the area of 41 Hevey St for a report of a young child found on the road.
Police learned that a passerby located a 2-year-old boy on the sidewalk at the intersection of Hevey St and Conant St. When the child was located, he was not wearing any clothes.
The child appeared to be in good health, but did have an injury to his left foot.
Officers were able to locate the child’s mother, but based on their investigation, the child was placed in the custody of other family members. The case remains open and active.
