A Concord High School freshman has been identified by school officials as the victim of a deadly shooting in Rhode Island. Providence police confirmed Saturday that a “missing,” “runaway” 15-year-old from New Hampshire had been shot and killed early Saturday morning. School officials identified the boy as Isiah Rosario. Rosario moved to New Hampshire in 2022 from Rhode Island. Rosario had been missing from school for several weeks, and it is unclear exactly why he decided to go back to Rhode Island.
