NASHUA N.H.- Authorities say Timothy O’Mara, 60, is facing multiple felony charges after failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements shortly after being released on bail.
Police began investigating O’Mara in April when officers discovered he was staying in a Nashua apartment building.
Officers determined that O’Mara had been released on bail from the Valley Street Jail just two days prior but had failed to update his required tracking information upon his release.
O’Mara was arrested on July 13th – he’s facing two counts of Duty to Inform-Subsequent and one count of Duty to Report-Subsequent, all of which are classified as Class A felonies.
