A woman has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of her mother in Seabrook. According to the state Attorney General’s Office, 24-year-old Brynn Comtois was arrested Monday after police were called to the Rockingham Village Apartments in Seabrook and found 45-year-old Cheryl Stoddard dead. An autopsy determined that Stoddard died of a single stab wound to the neck.
