A ruling is expected today by New Hampshire’s highest court on the fairness of the death sentence of the state’s only death row inmate. The justices could throw out the death sentence given to Michael Addison for the killing of Manchester police officer Michael Briggs. The last execution in New Hampshire took place in 1939.
