MANCHESTER, N.H.- Authorities say a Dover man will remain behind bars after recently being charged with a number of crimes.
According to police Andrew Fawcett,32, was arrested for indecent exposure, lewdness and failing to register as an online identifier, which is a specific technical violation of the sex offender registry rules.
Fawcett’s arrest comes after police were first alerted to his activity by the group “Predator Poachers” who claimed they caught Fawcett trying to solicit someone online he thought was a child. However, police note, they ended up conducting their own investigation and were able to bring the aforementioned charges.
In his first court appearance Fawcett was ordered held without bail and has a probable cause hearing scheduled for September 9,2026.
