On December 20, 2020 at approximately 4pm, Manchester Police received a report about someone threatening another person with a gun.

Officers responded to 99 Eastern Avenue and spoke to witnesses who said a car had gotten stuck in the snow, and another car had stopped to help the driver. Shortly after a blue Mercedes Benz drove up and was unable to pass due to the vehicles in the roadway. Witnesses says the driver of the Mercedes got out of his car and started to argue with the people. He then went back to his car, got a gun, and pointed it at one of the cars.

Police were able to locate the suspect who was identified as 28 year old Hanis Colic of Manchester. Colic was arrested and charged with Criminal Threatening.

Colic’s bail was set at 2500 cash or surety and his court date is to be determined.
