Escaped prisoner captured in Manchester on Union Street

MANCHESTER N.H.- The New Hampshire Department of Corrections has announced that Eric J. Wollen is in custody after being captured in Manchester.

Wollen was apprehended on Union St near Cedar St by the United States Marshals Service.

Wollen’s apprehension was part of a coordinated effort between the United States Marshals Service, the Manchester Police Department, and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Investigations Bureau.

Wollen is currently in custody at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.
