A former substitute teacher in Bedford has been arrested and charged with possession of child sex abuse images. Concord police said 31-year-old Jonathan Harrison was arrested Monday after a monthslong investigation. Police said they learned that Harrison was working as a camp counselor in Maine. Concord and Maine State Police questioned Harrison at the camp, and police said he eventually admitted to downloading the images. School officials said Harrison was placed on unpaid leave and will not be returning to work in the district. The district said there’s no reason to believe any of the images were of children in Bedford schools. Police said they believe the images were sourced from the dark web.
