Former Manchester resident facing murder charge released on temporary basis

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Blu Zeke Daly, the indivual charged with allegedly trying to kill a U.S. Border Patrol agent will be released on a temporary basis in order to continue receiving treatment for a traumatic brain injury.

The former Manchester resident also known as Cullan Zeke Daly has been charged with a number of crimes including attempted murder of a federal officer and a count of assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon for an incident this past February in which they shot an officer, only to be hit in the head by authorities who returned fire.

Prior to this last decision Daly had been released on medical furlough where they spent 13 days at a rehabilitation hospital in Concord under the care of a third-part custodian.

Under the temporary release, Dartmouth-Hitchcock plans for a no-gaps transition to Daly’s mother’s home with intensive in-home rehabilitation services remaining in place. Daly will be monitored by GPS and not allowed to leave the home.
