The former general manager of the Foundry in Manchester has been sentenced to prison for stealing from the business. James Peretti pleaded guilty in April to two felony theft charges, one for creating fake reimbursement claims and another for falsifying an employee’s hours and cashing their paychecks. Peretti was sentenced to spend two to four years in prison and ordered to repay more than $150,000 to the restaurant.
