GOFFSTOWN N.H.- The Goffstown Select Board has voted not to use additional funds this year to repair and or demolish the Goffstown Fire Station 3 building known as Station 17.

Back in 1975 volunteers built the Fire Station in order to provide coverage for the east side of the community.   The building is currently unoccupied and is being used for storage.

According to published reports it is not maintained or cleaned.

Last year the town spent approximately $6,000 on the building and says it would cost nearly $50,000 to demolish the building.
