A Salem man is charged with Felony DWI after a crash in Manchester early Sunday morning. State police were following 27 year old Greg Dawson on 93 near 293, who was earlier clocked at a high rate of speed. Dawson lost control of his car and hit another vehicle. One of the victims was ejected from their car. Dawson and two people from the no fault vehicle were treated for their injuries. State police say speed and alcohol appeared to be factors in the crash.
