A home in Manchester is likely to be a total loss after a fire broke out on Sunday. According to Manchester Fire, they responded to 220 Joseph Street Extension and that high winds fueled the blaze, which spread throughout the first floor and the attic. Everyone who was inside the home was able to get out safely. The fire marshal said they believe it started on the back porch and was caused by improper disposal of smoking materials.
