LINCOLN N.H. – Authorities say an injured hiker has to be airlifted early Thursday morning.
According to New Hampshire Fish & Game Conservation Officers were made aware of an injured hiker on the Bondcliff Trail in Lincoln early Thursday and crews were sent out to retrieve the induvial.
Crews were able to reach and rescue Scott Bailey,66, of Plymouth who was then transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Officials noted Bailey was a well-prepared hiker who slipped and fell as he descended a steep section of trail.
