Jelly Roll Has Lost Over 120 Pounds

Photo: Associated Press

Jelly Roll’s weight loss transformation is still underway, and he’s making incredible progress.   He just posted a video where he’s walking and reminiscing about the first 5K he did with comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura.

Here’s what Jelly had to say about his first 5K, quote, “I couldn’t walk at the time, at all hardly.  I was over 500 pounds.  And I did it y’all.  And it was one of the most gratifying experiences.  The man you see almost a year later is 120 or 130 something pounds lower.”

Then he asked, “And guess what I’m doing right now?  I’m training for the next 5K, baby!”

And then his buddy, Bert Kreischer, pops into frame and they give all of the details for the next 5K they’re going to run together.  It’ll be in Tampa, Florida on May 4th.  Jelly says more info will be coming soon.

If you ever want to read something inspiring.  Check out the comments on Jelly’s post.  There are so many people out there that use him as major inspiration.
