Man arrested after car break-ins


On November 23, 2019, Manchester Police responded to the area of 150 River Road for a theft in progress. The caller reported that she could see a man dressed in black going through cars.

When police arrived, they did find a man hiding behind a vehicle and then saw him try to get into a neighboring building. He was identified as 30 year old Michael Watson and found to have various items that did not belong to him. The original caller was able to point out the cars she had seen Watson going through and the owners were able to identify the items police had found.

Watson was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized taking and Loitering/Prowling. He has a court date of December 30, 2019.
