Man arrested for indecent exposure


On December 27, 2019 Manchester Police responded to the DoubleTree Hotel on Elm Street for a report of a man exposing himself in front of three people, including a 13 year old child. One of the victims confronted him and the suspect walked off.

Through their investigation, police were able to identify the man as 53 y/o Scott Bergan of Manchester. Bergan is a registered sex offender. A warrant was issued for his arrest and on January 1, 2020 he was arrested on three counts Indecent Exposure. He was scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough Superior Court – North on 1/2/20.
