NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — Law enforcement officials say a New Hampshire man arrested for allegedly hitting a woman returned to her home and attacked her again on the same day. Police say 28-year-old Jency Diaz, of Nashua, was being held Thursday at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections on charges that he allegedly beat the woman twice in a matter of hours on Nov. 28. Police say he returned to attack her again after being released from jail on $200 bond. He’s due in court for on Dec. 29. Documents in Superior Court didn’t indicate whether he had an attorney.
