A federal grand jury has indicted a man for allegedly lacing coffee-Oreo flavored ice cream with THC before it was sold at a Newmarket Cafe. Marc Flore is charged with tampering with a consumer product. According to a federal court document, he stored the THC ice cream in a freezer at Roots Cafe. The cafe’s owner said it was unknowingly sold to customers last March. Police said the FDA started an investigation after multiple people got sick after eating that ice cream.
