Manchester Cancels St. Patrick’s Parade

FROM WMUR-TV: Manchester officials announced Friday the cancellation of the city’s upcoming St. Patrick’s Parade.

“We are canceling out of the concern for the safety, health and well-being of our downtown partners, spectators, fans and participants,” officials said in a press release.

Boston already canceled its St. Patrick’s Day parade originally scheduled for this weekend.
