MANCHESTER, NH – 36-year-old Tyler Kizner of Manchester was arrested by Manchester Police in connection with a shooting in the area of Dunbar St on Monday morning.
Around 3 Monday morning Manchester Police began receiving multiple calls about a disturbance on Dunbar St. by the river.
Arriving officers spoke to witnesses who said they heard someone blowing a whistle and yelling, shortly after they heard what sounded like gunshots.
Through the investigation police identified Tyler Kizner. Kizner was involved in an argument with several people who were hanging around his apartment building.
When he couldn’t get them to leave the area, he fired several rounds into the air. No one was injured.
