Manchester man arrested for reckless conduct after shooting incident

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Tyler Kizne,36, has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred in the area Dunbar St on Monday morning.

Around 3a.m. Manchester Police began receiving multiple calls about a disturbance on Dunbar St. by the river.

Arriving officers spoke to witnesses who said they heard someone blowing a whistle and yelling, shortly after they heard what sounded like gunshots.

Through the investigation police identified Tyler Kizner. As authorities say Kizner was involved in an argument with several people who were hanging around his apartment building.

When he couldn’t get them to leave the area, he fired several rounds into the air; however, authorities say no one was injured.
