Manchester Police are looking for the public’s help in finding a man believed to be involved in an attempted armed robbery outside a Manchester restaurant on New Years Eve.
On December 31, 2019, Manchester Police responded to the Heng Wong restaurant at 262 Mammoth Rd for a report of a gunshot. A woman told police she had been sitting in her car waiting for her food when she heard a gunshot. She said she then saw a man running east through the parking lot with what looked like a black pistol.
Another bystander told police that two men had just tried to rob him, one of which was known to him. He said he was in his car when the two approached him. One had a gun and pointed it at his head and demanded money. A struggle then ensued and one shot was fired and the reporting party quickly drove away.
Through their investigation police learned that one of the two men was 22 y/o Kade Harrower of Manchester. There is currently and active arrest warrant for Harrower. The charge is Armed Robbery.
