Manchester police are looking to identify a man they arrested on a sexual assault charge. Authorities say they first heard about a man, who claimed to be 60-year-old Angel Rivera Laureano last year when he was accused of sexually assaulting a child. During that investigation, police said they learned the suspect might not be who he said he was. Now the man is being referred to as John Doe and, according to court documents, he had been living under fake names for decades.
