Merrimack protest planned for Thursday evening

Organizers expect hundreds of protesters to rally outside Merrimack Town Hall Thursday evening, opposing a potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility. After rallying outside Town Hall, attendees plan to participate in the public comment period at the start of the regularly scheduled Merrimack Town Council meeting.

Ahead of the protest, officials announced that the town hall will close at noon, though online services will still be available.
