The New Hampshire Supreme Court is upholding the death sentence of a man convicted of killing a Manchester police officer in 2006. The justices unanimously ruled today that Michael Addison will remain the state’s only death row inmate. He was convicted of killing officer Michael Briggs after a violent, weeklong series of crimes that put him at the top of the city’s “most wanted” list.
