CONCORD, NH – New Hampshire’s housing market in early 2026 is showing its slowest annual price growth since 2023, with homes taking longer to sell and fewer bidding wars.
Median prices remain high at $530,000, keeping affordability out of reach for many residents. According to Experts the market is transitioning from the pandemic-era frenzy to a more measured pace, but supply remains tight.
Data from the New Hampshire Association of Realtors shows the statewide median home price at $530,000 in early 2026, just 1% higher than a year earlier — the smallest annual gain since May 2023.
