MANCHESTER, N.H.- The New Hampshire Supreme Court has upheld a previous decision by the state’s Lottery Commission to revoke Concord Casino’s gaming license.
Wednesday’s decision comes after court also denied a license application submitted an unidentified induvial who expressed interest in buying the Casino.
The news comes as the casino’s previous owner, former State Senator Andy Sanborn pleaded guilty earlier this year to federal charges for misusing COVID-19 relief funds.

According to the US Attorney’s office during the pandemic Sanborn received $844,000 from the Small Business Administration which were supposed to be used for the casino’s needs, but instead Sanborn used $255,000 on personal items including luxury sports cars for he and his wife.
