MADBURY, N.H.- Officials with the State Fire Marshal’s office are investigating a fire at a mobile home which claimed the life of an unidentified man.

According to investigators a little before midnight Thursday authorities received multiple calls for a fire on Bunker Lane.

Once on scene crews found a single-family home on fire and were informed that the man who lived there was still inside. After extinguishing the fire, first responders were able to locate the body of a deceased male inside.

Authorities have yet to reveal the man’s name pending notification of family and say the cause of the fire is under investigation but don’t believe it to be suspicious.
