Pedestrian struck and killed in Manchester

A fatal pedestrian crash in Manchester last evening. Police say it happened on Valley Street near Cypress Street when a car driven by a 16-year-old male from Manchester struck an 81-year-old man, also from Manchester. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died. The teenage driver was not hurt and, because of his age, has not been identified. The crash is under investigation.
