Police say two men have been arrested at a New Hampshire hotel in Manchester that was evacuated during a standoff.
Police said 30-year-old Brian Elliott came out of the hotel after several hours on Monday. Elliott was accused of running from Goffstown police during a traffic stop on Saturday and pointing a gun at an officer and other offenses.
Police said they also found and arrested a man in the woods near the hotel who had homemade explosive devices and metallic knuckles.
Police said 21-year-old Anthony Cook had been called to the area by Elliott. It wasn’t immediately known if either man had an attorney and phone numbers couldn’t be found for them.
