Reported Shooting Leads to Reckless Conduct Charges

On April 28, 2021 at approximately 12:40 AM Manchester Police responded to 445 Canal St for a report of shots fired.

On scene, police learned that a man had drove up to the address and said he had been shot multiple times. The injured man was taken to Elliot Hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds.

Police later determined that the shooting scene was behind 540 North Commercial St. Several spent shell casings were located in the area, as well a car bumper. It was learned that prior to the shooting, there had been a fight involving several people in the parking lot. Someone drove a car through the group, hitting people with the car. Then shots were fired.

The injured man, identified as 23 year old Curtis Massey of Concord was charged with 3 counts of Reckless Conduct for using the vehicle to strike people.
