Rochester man accused of DUI in connection with fatal crash in VT

HARTFORD, V.T. – Gabriel Vestal,20, of Rochester has been identified as the driver involved in a fatal crash with a FedEx truck in Hartford Vermont Thursday night.

Police responded to the accident around 8 p.m. Thursday which occurred in the southbound lanes of I-89, which were closed for several hours.

Vestal was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries the FedEx truck driver Andrew Pott, 36, of Vermont died at the scene.
