Rochester Teen charged with crashing into plane at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease pleads not guilty

MANCHESTER, N.H.- A Rochester teen appeared before a judge Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to crashing his vehicle through a fence at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease and hit plane in an attempt to escape from Police.

According to court documents, the unidentified 17-year-old pleaded not guilty to a number of misdemeanors ranging from DWI, Aggravated DWI, disobeying an officer, Conduct after an accident, and reckless driving.

State Police say on the night of August 29th the teen was fleeing from authorities and drove through a fence on the south side of the airport and then crashed his vehcile into a privately owned plane parked off the runway leaving both the plane and his vehicle damaged.

Once in custody the teen was charged and taken to an area hospital for a medical evaluation.

The teen is due back in court in December.
