Salem Man Facing Drug Trafficking Charges

A Salem man is facing several charges for trafficking drugs in state. According to the state’s attorney general’s office, 32-year-old Jose Beltre Castro is facing eight charges of selling cocaine, fentanyl and meth. Officials said the charges stem from three separate incidents that happened in February and March of this year.

If convicted, Castro could face decades in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.
