Sandown Police charge man with allegedly holding young woman against her will

SANDOWN, N.H.- Police say a local man was arrested earlier this week for allegedly holding an un-identified woman against her will.

Authorities say on Wednesday of police, working with members of the Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit took Donald Forsyth III into custody after executing a pair of search warrants at a home at 40 Eastfield Loop as part of a search for a 19-year-old woman.

After locating the woman police say the 39-year-old Forsyth was charged with criminal restraint and false imprisonment and ordered held in preventive detention until his arraignment Friday morning in Derry’s 10th Circuit Court.
