A Manchester woman and a male passenger were seriously injured when, according to State Police, the vehicle they were traveling in may have been speeding and crashed into a concrete barrier at the Bedford Toll Plaza Tuesday morning. Troopers responded to the single-vehicle crash just after 9:15. State Police say the minivan, driven by 76-year-old Cheryl North was traveling southbound on the Everett Turnpike when the vehicle veered and crashed into a concrete barrier. 2 of 3 dogs in the van were killed. North and her passenger were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
