An I-93 on-ramp in Manchester was shut down yesterday after car went over a guardrail and down an embankment. State police said the Exit 8 on-ramp on I-93 South was closed temporarily. The driver, 70 year old Barbara Peterson, of Massachusetts and a female elderly passenger were transported to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
