Manchester, NH Police Dept.:
On October 26, 2020 at approximately 9pm, Manchester Police responded to the area of 332 Concord St for a report of shots fired.

Police learned that a man identified as Carlos Rodriguez may have been involved. Rodriguez was believed to have gone into the building at 297 Concord St. Police set up a perimeter and shortly after Rodriguez came out the front door.

Through their investigation police learned there was an altercation and Rodriguez had fired two shots into the air prior to going inside.

Rodriguez was charged with Reckless Conduct. He was released on PR bail and his court date is TBD.
