An emergency water conservation order has been lifted in Dover after a water main break. Officials were first alerted Friday night but had a hard time locating the problem. Dover Community Services Director John Storer said crews searching for the break from Friday may have triggered another smaller break. If crews hadn’t found it when they did, officials said the entire city would have run out of water within 12 to 24 hours.
