A teenager from Raymond was found dead Sunday morning after an apparent drowning. Fish and Game said that around midnight, there were four people out canoeing in Governors Lake in Raymond, when it capsized and flipped over. Officials said three of the individuals got to shore, calling for help when they realized their friend was missing. The 15-year-old boy from Raymond, whose identity has not been released, was not wearing a life jacket. Hours later conservation officers found and recovered the body about 30-60 feet from shore, in about nine feet of water.
