LONDONDERRY, N.H.- A local writer has filed a lawsuit against the Town of Londonderry due to the ongoing, closed-door investigation into Town Manager Shaun Mullholland.
According to court documents, the suit was filed by Chris Paul, the husband of Town Councilor Deb Paul, which claims details of the investigation into Mullholland should be public and available under the state’s Right-to-Know law.
Attorneys representing the town have declined to release the records while responding to several requests, claiming the information has been incorporated into a new investigation and is protected from disclosure under exemptions in state law
A hearing on the case is scheduled for September 24,2026 at Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood.
