Traffic stops for snow on vehicles has tripled

New Hampshire State Police troopers say they’ve stopped hundreds of vehicles covered in snow through their enforcement of Jessica’s Law this season. Police said the number of stops has nearly tripled since the 2016-2017 season, when there were 372 vehicles stopped. WMUR-TV reports that 268 vehicles were stopped in February alone this season.
