MANCHESTER, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announced that Shawn Michael Bailey, 39, is in custody, following apprehension in Manchester.
Bailey was taken into custody in Manchester Monday night without incident after turning himself in to investigators with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Investigations Bureau.
Bailey, who is serving time for Violation of Probation, Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, and two counts of Controlled Drug/Schedule I–IV; Sale, is currently being held at the New Hampshire State Prison.
