Transitional Housing Unit Resident on Escape Status

(Concord, NH) – June 22, 2021 – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that minimum security resident John Warman Fossa of the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord has been placed on “escape” status after he failed to return to the North End House on the morning of Sunday, June 20, 2021.

The subject was placed on “escape” status at 9:00am on June 20, 2021 after he walked away from the North End House in Concord NH and failed to return at his scheduled time of 1:00am on June 20, 2021.
Fossa was last seen Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 8:00am at the North End House. Fossa left the North End House for work on Saturday morning at 8:00am, and was supposed to return to the North End House at 1:00am on Sunday after working his second job.

It should be noted that Fossa did not report to either places of employment on June 19, 2021.
Fossa is described as a 5’10”, 265 lbs. white male. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. Both shoulders are tattooed, in addition to his chest and right wrist. His right shoulder has a tattoo of a snake wrapped around a rose and the words, “Pure White Trash” across his chest.
Fossa is incarcerated for Felon in Possession, Armed Robbery and Criminal Threatening.
Fossa is 37 years old.
