Wanted Man Runs From Police

On August 4, 2021 at approximately 9:50 AM, a Manchester Police Officer in the area of 186 Green Street noticed a man he knew to have active warrants.

Officers attempted to make contact with the man, identified as 28 year-old Timothy Drelick of Manchester, but he ran. Drelcik ignored officer’s orders to stop. Other officers responded, set up a perimeter and a K9 conducted a track with negative results.

Police later learned that Drelick may be staying nearby in another house on Green Street. The tenants allowed police to search the apartment and Drelick was found hiding in a closet. He was taken into custody without further incident.

Drelick had four outstanding warrants for Duty to Report as a Sex Offender, Change of Registration Information by a Sex Offender, Violation of Bail Conditions, and a Parole Violation. He was also charged with Resisting Arrest for his actions today.
