Keene woman charged in ex-boyfriend’s death

A Keene woman will face charges today including driving while intoxicated in a hit-and-run that killed a man she lived with. Police say 41 year old Tracy Burroughs fled the scene after hitting and killing a 48-year-old bicyclist early Saturday morning. Officers found Keon Ioannou of Keene dead on the side of Route 101, just east of the intersection of Graves Road. He was Burroughs’ former boyfriend according to Burroughs’ mother.
