According to an Australian health expert this is the recipe to help you recover from the flu naturally.

The ingredients:

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 drop eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil

Cayenne pepper

Juice of a lemon

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 cup hot water
